Letters of Reference

    We always get asked about references. In fact, people ask for these more so since we have only a few years of experience. They're worried that we aren't going to provide the level of service that you require for your event. Here, we are compiling letters, notes, and other words of appreciation we have received, not only from our performances at events, but also from our dealing with the booking and planning stages. (People think that the event is what matters- but if you get super frustrated trying to plan it, it's not going to be any better). We keep these in chronological order- after each note, you will see the date(s) of the event(s) that we have performed for the author of the note of appreciation. Please note, as of November 1st, 2007, Kelcema Productions, LLC was formed, but in as much as the principal of Kelcema Productions, LLC is a former partner of Kelcema Productions, and the listed references are all for current staff members of Kelcema Productions, LLC, we are leaving them on here.

30 June 2007 Ray- You are the man! I'm sure you could tell we were all about fun and your selection and timing of music was great! I loved how you outright told my bridesmaids 'no' to Rihanna!!! 7 June 2007 Dear Ray,     From day one I knew you would be a great DJ for my wedding!  I had called so many “Seattle” DJ’s and either did not hear a response back or they did not want to answer my questions!  But from the beginning you answered all my questions, you were very upfront, honest, and laidback!  Plus I got a great vibe from you!  I feel you were very organized and professional when preparing for the wedding!  We had good communication, which helped me ease my nerves!  The day of the wedding was very hectic for me but you were on point with everything.  You adjusted to minor changes very well and kept the event moving along!  The whole night went very smoothly and everyone had a lot of fun!  Everyone at the wedding, including my husband and I would highly recommend you for any event!!!  Thanks Ray so much!   Hailee Stewart Wedding on 27 May 2007 If you'd like to speak with Hailee directly, please contact us and we can get you in touch with her.

  

23 May 2006  :     Ray,     I can not thank you enough for the awesome job you did on Saturday! Even though it was crazy and chaotic, you were still totally on point! I'm sorry that I did not get to thank you in person at the end of the night. Everyone was so impressed w/ you and we will all remember your name and pass it on to family and friends if they are ever in need of a dj! 19 February 2006 : Ray,     I am so glad that you were recommended for our wedding.     You made the process from start to finish very easy which to me was extremely important. You gave us such a wide variety of music to choose from. The songs that were not on the list you were able to get even when it was a couple days from our wedding.     You are very professional through out the whole process. Everyone talked about how great the music was and that it was not too loud.     Our guest were impressed with your ability to go the extra mile, how you ran home to get your generator when the power went out. Seeing as that happened to be the big wind storm of Feb 2006. It was a blast. 16 August 2004 :     To Whom It May Concern:     Our first experience with Kelcema Productions was at our first Community Open House event in June 2003.     We hired them to play music appropriate for a country-themed family event and to make timely announcements about events as the day progressed. Needless to say, they stepped up to the plate - our event drew over 2,000 people each day, just a few more than we had expected! With the strain of so many people, Kelcema Productions helped to pick up the slack. Not only did they do a great job for what we hired them to do, they went the extra mile by running our hourly door prize drawings, answering questions from the customers, and taking the initiative to make announcements to drive people to events where participation had slowed.     We were so pleased, we immediately hired them on for our Community Open House in 2004, and again, they did a fantastic job. Reber Ranch will continue with Kelcema Productions for our next Community Open House in 2005 as well.     Starting with our first conversations with Kelcema Productions regarding our unusual event, the entire experience from billing to the actual event has been straightforward and professional.     I recommend Kelcema Productions to you without reservation.
