Letters of Reference We always get asked about references. Many times, potential clients are worried that we might not provide the level of service that is required for their event. Here, we are compiling letters, notes, and other words of appreciation we have received, not only from our performances at events, but also from our dealing with the booking and planning stages. (People think that the event is what matters- but if you get super frustrated trying to plan it, it's not going to be any better). We keep these in chronological order- after each note, you will see the date(s) of the event(s) that we have performed for the author of the note of appreciation. We want to know what you thought about our service! We introduced Evaluation Forms in March, 2008, that we automatically send to all clients after their event. A displayed "Average Rating" is a simple average of feed back scores, from 1=Poor to 5=Excellent. Clients are asked to rate our service in the following areas: 1. Overall ease of booking your event
2. Explanation of our Price Structure
3. How well did you understand your options?
4. Service and Professionalism of Office Staff
5. Knowledge of Office Staff in answering your questions
6. Value: Did you get your money's worth?
7. Was your DJ/Staff on time and properly attired?
8. Did the DJ/Staff listen to and fulfill your onsite requests?
9. DJ/Staff made sure I had fun!

Ray had our party dancing all night... literally. ...Not only did he have all of the songs, but we chose to have him add on his Projection Screen and Music Videos too!! Wedding Reception, 27 May 2007 | | | Wait A Minute... | | Why are there less-then-stellar evaluations on here? Our View... We learn from every event. We do our best to make sure everything happens as it's planned, but sometimes things happen- where communication breaks down, something gets forgotten, or (this is the case for a couple of them) we've hired a DJ, we thought things were going well, but then we learn later they weren't... Without knowing that someone isn't representing us well, we cannot learn from the experience, and if needed, re-train (or fire...) the person involved! We also use feedback to improve our internal processes -- one wedding that didn't mention that their ceremony was outside (and over 200' from the nearest power source) has led to the development of a Ceremony Planning Document, to make sure logistical needs such as those are identified and resolved before the event! This is why our Evaluation Form process is so vital to the continued growth of our company. You should expect to receive one via US Mail within 7 days after your event.
